You are bigger than the pain
People say, "Stop running away from your problems. Stop being a coward." It sounds so easy. It sounds like it is something completely normal. l wonder how many out there struggle to a point where their tears start piercing through the skin. How many know the feeling of not being able to breathe anymore? l know whatever is hurting you is painful and unbearable, but do not let that pain consume you. Whenever you go numb, try to remember the smile of a loved one. Try to remember the warmth of your loved one. Try to remember the silly giggle of your friend or the lovingly annoying voice of your siblings. Just find something to hold onto. The pain that is hunting you today will slowly vanish one day. Please trust me on this. To anyone who wants to quit. Don't. You are bigger than the pain.
